Universities and professional settings have become more and more reliant on AI-generated text, which often results in unfinished work and stiff prose. Our small team of editors are dedicated to helping your writing stand out by giving it a human touch. We comb every page, each sentence, and all punctuation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and nuance in your work.

Who are you?

We’re a small team of Midwest-based writers and editors with day jobs and experience writing and editing for various academic publications and news outlets. Some come from audio journalism backgrounds, others from libraries and higher education, and still others from the literary arts. We have one thing in common: the belief that every piece of writing has a voice.

What won’t you do?

While there probably isn’t any job that’s too big, we do have time limitations. Other jobs, families, etc. We don’t provide translation services (yet!). Currently, we’ll work on up to 10 pages of your writing at a time, but if you have bigger projects you’d want another set of eyes on, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always open to talking.

What’s the turnaround?

A good rule of thumb is about one day per page submitted. However, we’ve never missed a deadline and more often than not we get your stuff back to you even quicker.

Can I work for human eye?
